I would rate even lower than zero. I placed an order over a year ago, on February 1, 2024. After acknowledging receipt, the item never arrived. After numerous reminders and follow-ups, I occasionally received responses, but they lacked useful information. I tried to reach someone by phone, but received no help. After receiving a tracking number, I contacted the post office, but they couldn't track the item. I intended to give the ordered item as a birthday gift, but this service ruined my plans. They took my money without delivering. I am extremely disappointed and puzzled as to how this service can still operate.
