HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE BUYER BE WARE!!! To start I made my purchase at the beginning of December, order the customisable palate, ordering 9 shades and their flat brush... they use the slowest carrier service ever. Finally get my package 2 days before Christmas excited for my gift to self, to find I had a couple of the same colors and no brush. I immediately send a email and a picture to show these colors aren't as vibrant and received as the same colors, they also aren't as vibrant as seen on the site or Instagram. They respond a couple days later (being understanding due to the holiday.) When they respond back they apologized and asked if I wanted a refund or the correct merchandise I said my correct merchandise, I said the merchandise. It's now 1/19/24, still no replacement products and the communication is poor, when they do respond they act as if your bothering them when you (meaning them) have my money and I don't have what I've paid for. I keep asking for a tracking number so I no longer have to deal with them still haven't received it. It's simple right if you've sent something provide proof. This company is a sham, I'm also going on every complaint site and the BBB. As a business owner my self... your only as good as your last happiest customer and they are horrible.... Do your research there are other companies you can spend your money with.
