MY ORIGINAL REVIEW WAS DELETED!Do not EVER order from this company. The glitter is SO overpriced and cheaply made. I ordered a custom 9 palette with the application brush. 3 of the pallets were broken and the brush was not included.But sadly that’s not even what bothers me HAHAI waited WEEKS for an update on shipping. I emailed them numerous times, sent them so many IG messages and then finally contacted my bank. But, I kept sending PLC emails and IG messages hoping to get a response. Eventually, I started spam commenting on their IG posts because I didn’t know what else to do. And hey, guess what?! It worked. I got a (nasty) response through DMs.Their response and how I was treated was SO AWFUL! They gaslighted me, straight up lied, laughed at me, told me they’d dispute my bank, etc. They sent screenshots of emails that were sent to my “spam”… but I never received those emails and I told them that immediately. But they didn’t listen. They didn’t care or even try to understand at all. It was just all my fault 🤗Here’s their response to me through IG DMs to give you an idea of how this company treats their customers. This is after I sent numerous emails, 9 DMs and finally made many public comments.PLC: “Hi, can you please check your spam mail as you’ve been sent a number of emails.”ME: “I need the tracking number. I have sent multiple emails and have not received a response, so no… I have not been sent “a number of emails”PLC: “Yes you have. Your tracking number has been sent to your email. You’ve been sent over 4 emails in total.”ME: “This has been an awful experience and y’all have terrible customer service. I will not be buying from you again and have reported y’all to my bank”PLC: “How is the customer service terrible when you have failed to check your spam mail? Glad we sent your order tracked so we can dispute this with the bank because that is extremely fair if you failed to check your spam box.“(PLC then sends a few screenshots of email delivery - but like I told them to begin with, I DID NOT RECEIVE THEM. Not my problem y’all bounce! I’m in SaaS sales so I know how that works and how to check my spam)PLC: “You need to check your spam box and can’t blame a company for “terrible service” when you have failed to check your junk mail.”ME: “ Are you seriously going to argue with me right now? I emailed y’all weeks ago and have sent numerous DMs. It took me publicly commenting on your page to get a response. It IS terrible customer service because of that. And also for how you’re handing this situation right now. And never have I ordered from somewhere that makes me pay for the tracking number 😂 No more needs to be said. I’m done with y’all. Have a good day“)PLC: “ No it didn’t take for you to comment. We have been going through dm’s and yours just came through again. Definitely not terrible customer service but you’ve got tracking details and clearly you can see your emails have been replied too. We’ll deal with your bank once it comes through to us. Well when you order from the UK tracking systems are a little different 😂 not everywhere is the same. Dealing with them is a nightmare. Basically I paid $60 to avoid them HAHASo unprofessional, stuck up, unhelpful and egotistical. Mean girl company.Respect yourself and just stay away 🫶
