You said on the 11th you could see it had already been sent, that you would look into where it went with Royal Mail and resend out another one the next day. It is the 28th today and it was sent 1st class. So it wasn't sent 1st class on the 12th then was it, I waiting a good amount of time for a 1st class delivery to arrive before starting a dispute with my bank. As I have said, the glitter is amazing and I never doubted it would be anything other than that. Customer service is awful, you have no respect for your customers. Final UpdateSo funnily, 3 days after I start a dispute with my bank a package from Pretty Little cosmetics arrives. I have given up and started a dispute with my bank, at this point I don't want glitter from a company that treats its customers like this. Update 3, still received nothing!! A quick search of companies house shows the same owner and address for ZS cosmetics and pretty little cosmetics, so stop saying people are lying. Update 2, So I had an apology email on the 11/9/23 straight after leaving this bad review, saying "I will refund postage (which I received on 15/9/23), and resend your order via tracked service tomorrow. I can see your order was shipped already but should only take 1-3 and will investigate with Royal mail". 17/9/23 I get an email saying order is on it's way, so click the link to track it and it says, we have accepted your order and we are getting it ready come back for an update for your shipping status. So I look forward to giving you a product review, when it turns up. I have no doubt that these glitters are amazing, the customer service is shocking and that alone would make me not use them or recommend them. Update 1, I don't often give bad reviews and I will happily give an honest review when I receive the goods. I have had an email and hopefully this issue will be resolved and I can come back and update again. I place an order on Monday 28th Aug and paid £5.99 express delivery as I wanted it for a festival at the weekend. I then understood there was an issues on their insta stories so knew I wouldn't get my express delivery. I though ok these things happen, I have emailed several times for an update and no answer. I have watched more stories of deliveries going out on insta and nothing. No reply to my email and no delivery, I have noticed on the website there is a message saying 7 days dispatch now. Well mine is 11 working days already I am not even counting weekends! What has really got my back up is seeing obvious influencers getting there probably free samples to promote, get their glitter, but us paying customers still waiting. If you are having issues don't offer express delivery as you have made me pay for something you can't deliver. Update your customers, don't leave them with no other option that to leave bad reviews. I would not recommend and would not buy from them again.
