I ordered on June 23rd. Order was marked shipped on the 28th. It was an international order so I waited an appropriate amount of time, we’ll over actually. I reached out to the company multiple times through Instagram, their contact form, and email with no response on where my order was (I waited their 3 business day time frame for email responses as well). They also deleted a comment I made on their TikTok. I had to threaten to contact my bank to get a response. They responded and offered to refund or send out my order again, this was 8/15. I asked for them to resend, no response. The next day I received a partial order (I ordered the brow soap and pretty as a doll glitter). I received the glitter but suspected it was the wrong color and emailed back right away letting them know I was missing an item and wanted clarification on the color of the glitter. No response. On 8/30 I contacted my bank to file a chargeback. Still no response from the company and no resent order either. This is absolutely ridiculous. I wanted to love this company but it was an absolute waste of time and money.
