Unfortunately never received my order. Website asks for patience due to high volume but it has now been 1.5 months since placing order. Took more than a week after placing order to even get email notification stating order has shipped though no tracking information was provided. Waited 6 days to reach out to politely ask for tracking information and never got a response. Emailed couple days later with same request and nothing. Reached out twice through their site's contact form, no confirmation, no reply whatsoever. Reached out finally early August through DM on Instagram and I have yet to hear back, message hasn't even been seen. No phone number available to contact them otherwise I would've tried that too. Pretty convinced nothing is actually coming and now just working directly with my bank to get refund as merchant appears unwilling to follow through. Not sure where all the great reviews are from, wondering how those customers were successful 🤷🏽♀️ I personally would not suggest shopping from this merchant.
