I placed an order #2022 back in November 2022 and it was never delivered. I got an email saying that it had been shipped, but never received a tracking link or any further information. I’ve tried contacting Pretty Little Cosmetics numerous times across numerous platforms (email, website, Instagram, TikTok) and I haven’t got a response anywhere. I appreciate they’re a small(er) business but they clearly don’t have the systems in place to manage messages or emails which is frustrating when things go wrong. I’ll have to contact my bank for a refund which I was trying to avoid for both myself and PLC – but it’s been literally impossible to get any help from the PLC team anywhere. Really disappointed in this abysmal service. It wasn’t a small order so I’m massively frustrated by all of this. It seems I’m not the only person to have received radio silence either.
