Hello, order #2431 here. My experience with customer service was not as negative as that of other reviewers on this platform. Shortly after contacting PLC I received assurance that my order would be delivered the following week and two weeks later I finally received it. The issue was I had ordered 5 pressed glitters and only received 4, and one of them was not the one I ordered. I'm writing this hoping to at least receive a refund for the 5th product that never reached me, while providing constructive feedback on how the service can be improved going forward.Thanks,Chiara
