Hello, order #2365 speaking here waiting for a response from the owner.I put my order in january 5th and have not yet received any of the ordered goods. I put in multiple contact forms and emails, commented under tiktok and instagram posts for some attention to the situation. Costumer service is seriously lacking. Finally I got a response on tuesday on instagram, felt like I was finally being heard. She said she would look at the order shortly and that she's out of office for a few hours. Felt something fishy going on already but well I wanted to be patient and kind. It's sunday right now and haven't heard anything yet.I have my own business incidentally on shopify as well, we even share the same payment options and I know how the whole system on it works so I can't be fooled with excuses really. I'm just baffled because this is really no way to go about with costumers! Build your clientelle ethically and let them know they're top priority, they will for real reward you 500x more! Easy money doesn't compare. I've seen so many stories like mine come across and right now I just want my order or my money back otherwise I'm done with being friendly and patient and I'll take precautions. If you think I'm exaggerating, prove it and ship my order with a tracking link.I sincerely hope to hear from you, contact via email is preferred but not a necessity.Greetings Samantha
