EXTREMELY Disappointed.I was so anxious to receive my order. I made my purchase since October 11th 2024. After inquiring about the status of my order, I received a response from Customer Service on December 11th, 2024 asking, "Have you not received this order?". Since then, it's just crickets!! No response to my follow-up emails. I am am so upset!I have been quite polite and extremely patient. I have requested my money back, but of course...no response! This is so unprofessional. To whom can I escalate my claim? If you are unable to deliver my goods, then please refund me my 'hard-earned' money. Thank you!
