I am so sick of this. I ordered 3 glitters for a friends birthday in September it is now the end of November. I got little to no contact or updates I was told from October 4th until 3 weeks ago that it’s “on its way” when I spoke to associates they gave me vague answers. I got tired of waiting and canceled my order and requested a refund. Which was confirmed by an associate then I never received it. On top of that now that my order was cancelled I can no longer speak to an associate. I feel scammed and I want my money back. On top of that I have attempted reaching out on social media with no response.
