* update* i have now sent a further email after still not hearing back, and after submitting my information and order number here. 09/01I ordered two glitters and a body pigment in august, the order initially was about three weeks late, when I tried to contact them to find out where my order was, didn’t receive a reply. When the order turned up, it was missing the body pigment. (The glitters are really nice but definitely not worth it for the experience I’ve had) I reached out and did receive a quick response apologising and offering a refund or to send the missing item, I asked them to re-send the missing item. It never turned up. I’ve emailed again…to now ask for a refund for the body pigment on the 17/12 and have heard nothing, even though they have an auto response saying they’ll reply in three days…Order #3661
