ANOTHER CUSTOMER IGNORED

Doesn't take a genius to scroll down and read all the negative experiences to know that this company gives zeros about their customers & how they run their business. Just take a look at their replies, not taking accountability & going back at customers. I placed 2 orders in September. Paid express international shipping in Aus, never arrived. never received email replies after multiple emails, fb, ig msgs. Then got a rude short reply with no sorry, no tracking and re assurance the other order was sent. 17/10/23"Hi Doll,Your order has already shipped and is currently on the way." Your second order shipped a few days ago. The first order finally arrived in late november and GUESS WHAT! the entire order was wrong... I received 5 palettes that were not what I ordered and I ordered 8 palettes and the brush... Oh not to mention the second order has still not arrived... And also GUESS WHAT its been over a month notifying them of the mistake and GUESS WHAT.. NO REPLY WHATSOEVER! this company is by far THE WORST ecommerce business I have ever dealt with. I advised initially that I will lodge a dispute with my bank as I has no response from them for weeks after trying and once I received a snarky response saying they will fight the dispute... no sorry for the delay, nothing. seems to be a reoccurring problem for customers. How owners of this company sleep at night is beyond me, knowing they treat paying customers like this. How embarrassing really....
