I normally don’t write nor want to write negative reviews. But I’m writing this as I am frustrated and want to share my experience. Hopefully this company can improve their service for new customers.After numerous attempts reaching out to this company I still have zero response. I tried e-mail and IG. Via e-mail you get an automated response about that they are really busy and wil respond within about 3 working days. I have ordered in september (issue: missing a lot of items in my received order), contacted in oktober and november and still no response. So the promise/message of responding in 3 working days is unfortunately not true. So I thought; let’s try IG! They are very active on IG, posting several times a day. And this is the easy medium to stay in contact with your customers if I say so myself. Then they must see or respond to my question about my order in september… nope still nothing! I am very disappointed about this. I understand that mistakes can be made concerning an order. No problem at all as long as you try to solve this with your customer by listening, helping and communicating. But none of these traits are existent in my experience. I am starting to wonder if there even is a customer service. I hope you can improve this for future customers…
