Who ever runs this is a damn joke and has no people skills. Ordered made to order acrylic nails on the 9th May, on the email and website it said business as normal. Email said 3-5 days for dispatch. About 4 what's app and Instagram comments later I'm still waiting for a dispatch email! They dont respond to messages and when they do they lie, got told last thursday that they would be dispatched the next day (Friday) then when I messaged on Friday I was told Monday and stil nothing. I appreciate small businesses are busy during these times, but I am a paying customer. If you cant meet peoples expectations you shouldn't be running a business!!!!
