Hi, this is my third order in two years of online shopping with the service. My previous purchases from this platform were excellent; the delivery was prompt and the product quality was outstanding. However, I recently ordered a Vivo V50 on December 19, and the estimated delivery was between December 20 and now, after three days, I still haven't received my order. I've reached out to the support team multiple times, and they keep informing me that my order has been assigned to the rider and they are trying to deliver it as soon as possible. I've been hearing this for three days now. Can anyone provide an update on this situation?
