After having a bad experience with another company last year, I was naturally a little bit anxious at the thought of selling my watch so I decided to call their head office for an initial chat. Luke answered the call and he couldn’t have been more helpful. Luke listened to my reasons for wanting to sell, discussed my options and came back to me with different options and offers. I believe the prices offered by Pride & Pinion were competitive and I sensed they weren’t in this to make a ‘quick buck’. Once a price was agreed, Luke arranged the delivery to Belfast and kept me updated on the progress. Again, based on a previous negative experience with another company I was feeling slightly anxious but there was no need to be. I think P&P are excellent and Luke will be somebody I definitely speak to again in the future. I couldn’t recommend them more. Very knowledgable, personable and trustworthy.
