Tried to trade in an Omega for a Rolex. After a very low ball offer ( 20 percent below any of the other 3 offers I received) we arrived at a deal. Phoned up to confirm to be told watch 'was just sold'. Then enquired about another Rolex. Was told that was sold as well. 3 days later both watches are still advertised on their website. Went elsewhere.
