Pride In Property do cover all your legal fees but I found the conveyancing team we dealt with to be very unprofessional in many aspects of their work.Let me point out that's no fault of Matthew. He assisted us on numerous occasions when we were having communication problems with them and eventually we were able to complete the sale.If you do need a quick sale and wish to save on legal fees, then I would definitely recommend Matthew and his company.
