Awful customer service and very poor quality garmentsOne of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a dancewear company. I was forced to pay cash due to their card machine not working at the MoveIt convention and was told no receipt could be issued. They later refused a refund on that basis (!?)), despite never explaining their policies at the time of purchase.The item itself is badly made, fits terribly, and feels extremely cheap, yet Prima prices them as if they are properly branded and not just from China. The level of customer service and general attitude was dismissive and disrespectful throughout. Overall, one of the worst dancewear retailers I’ve dealt with.
