Terrible customer service. Doesn’t respond to emails, so sent a return as didn’t want it to be too late. Then they refused refund. Said they’d return items as I said I’d have to sell on privately. 6 weeks later and they’ve still not arrived. Multiple emails later and they say they sent the item (I’ve seen no proof) and that the item has been return to them apparently but not received. So now they have all the items but are still refusing the refund. If they have a strict 2 week return policy they should respond with them same speed. They are now telling me to wait a further two weeks. So 8 weeks later and I’ll still be out of pocket. Appalling service. Slow and unacceptable
