I was looking to lose approximately 25lbs, get rid of a small amount of belly fat/love handles, and bring back the abs I had until age 30. Needless to say, Jerome helped me achieve all 3 goals. I've reintroduced daily physical activity - even when I can't make it to the gym - and I've traded fried foods and junk food (my favorites) for different grilled protein options w/ veggies, and I'm snacking on fruits, carrots/celery, or a fistful of trail mix (without M&Ms now) throughout the day. Between his texts, reading and responding to my online fitness notebook, and his video calls to discuss goals and progress, Jerome has kept me on the path to success. Most of my weight loss has been in the kitchen, while the redefining of my arms, legs, and abs has been in the gym and by getting active throughout the day.
