I received my first container of VOLUME around two (2) months ago. I estimated one half teaspoon stirred into rather warm water (8 oz) and enjoyed a semi-erection early the following morning. I kept doing this gradually increasing the half-teaspoon until I reached approximately a total of one teaspoon but soon ran out of that bottle of VOLUME. I am 77 years old so you can imagine my delight at using this in spite of never reaching a full erection. I reordered another bottle and gradually increased my dosage towards two teaspoons and once again ran out of that second bottle of VOLUME. I am now hesitant about using so much of the VOLUME since as I work my way towards three teaspoons, I am hoping for a fully erect result but I cannot keep using that much of the VOLUME until I can reach a few bottles of this as backup for the desired result. I am currently about to order (increase) my order to two containers each month.
