I’m finishing up month three and feeling pretty good. I can say the period side effects I use to experience are completely gone, with almost no warning I’m even about to start. My inflammation is slowly dwindling away-just a couple spots that just ache daily, and my overall mood is 1000% better, clearer minded too. I look forward to the next 3mo to see how I’ll feel at the 6mo mark.
