I was so skeptical to try yet another supplement and to be honest the thought of taking beef organs really did not sit well with me … but I decided to try it and said I’d give it a 6 month try , well 5 months in and I will no stop taking this I had huge lumped on my thumb joins for years and they are almost gone I feel mentally better as well I’m excited to see how I am in a year .
