I am in the middle of my 4th month and am feeling changes. I have more energy. I still have problems sleeping but I am contributing this to our 10 month old puppies. My libido is doing well! “Dryness” has subsided some….don’t really know this was an issue until things changed! 😊 Sooo happy about that! Also noting less rage! And my cravings at night have subsided as well! Still on my journey and as my puppies age the will sleep more giving me more sleep!
