What an absolute jokeWhat an absolute joke. Click and collect order was wrong. 3 items missing. It took an absolute age trying to find out how to contact someone. Eventually got passed the “bot” to live chat. There is no phone number by the way. Live chat agent said wait 48 hrs and communicate only by email. Wow. I won’t ever use their click and collect service or stores anymore. Be very wary of Primark especially online. When it goes wrong it’s a nightmare mare to sort.
