Took back faulty pyjamas to the new glasgow fort store tonight. As they were a Christmas gift i didnt have a receipt but i only wanted to exchange them for another pair. I was informed by Mark the manager that no proof of purchase no exchange, i asked if this was right as the goods were faulty and he again replied no proof of purchase no exchange. In fact i felt as if i was being accused of stealing the pyjamas!! I was upset as the shop was very busy so i took the faulty pyjamas and walked out the store. When i came hone I googled primarks policy for returning faulty goods and it states that no receipt is needed??
