Nothing went wrong.I Wanted to buy summer wardrobe for 2 kids only to find out that they do not do click and collect at most of their branches in the north east so I am unable to purchase anything. They do not sell online so if you live in the sticks like me you go to H&M instead who do, do online shopping. I think click and collect should be available at all the stores not just in Cities.
