Better communication would have eased this anxiety somewhat. Luckily, someone was home when it finally arrived! The machine arrived safely and is in pristine condition—you wouldn't know it had ever been damaged. Verdict: If you are buying in-stock items, they are faultless. If you are ordering something custom or waiting on a repair, bear in mind that it might not be fast. However, if you have a little patience with the logistics, they will do a great job and get you a fantastic machine in the end.
