One of my WORST business experiences. During the 2025 year that I paid in advance for services - there were no services. They set up an LLC which I could have done myself for less money. They connected me with INCITE Tax which I cancelled after 3 months of auto billing and NO services. Prior to the renewal date for the LLC and Prime services, I sent the following email dated 11.25.25 "Having read through The Prime Corporate Services Agreement which I signed 4/3/2025, I did not see any stipulations that PRIME will be involved in any annually required filings necessary to comply with XXXXXXX State law as they relate to LLC formation and renewing. However, I wanted to be sure that you received WRITTEN NOTICE that I do not intend to continue the XXXX XXXX LLC. I will be initiating the necessary steps to Dissolve the LLC myself. While I did not see any annually recurring charges in the PRIME agreement to cover any renewal process, PLEASE be sure that any credit cards you have on file are not charged. Please consider this WRITTEN NOTICE as a cancellation of any agreements between PRIME Corporate Services and my name. (xxxx xxxx LLC)"Today 3.2.26 I received the following email "This notice is to inform you that the renewal for XXX XXX LLC was started today.Because your account is on an automatic renewal plan, we have charged your renewal payment of 455.87 to the card ending in XXXX We are working to have your paperwork filed quickly and correctly with the proper regulatory entities in STATE. You will be notified once your renewal documents have been received!Thank you again for trusting us with your business needs!The Prime Corporate Services TeamWhen I called support, I was told that there was "a system glitch over the weekend" Now I will have to watch my credit card to assure the charges are removed and follow up with the STATE to assure that these incompetents did not file for an LLC that I just spent time and money to dissolve. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ORGANIZATION.
