I want to share a very disappointing experience with Primpathway.
I have been receiving repeated calls from their team regarding attending sessions. When I politely declined, the caller used abusive and inappropriate language, which is completely unacceptable. I also have call recordings as proof of this behavior.
After this incident, I tried calling them back multiple times, but my calls were either ignored or rejected.
On the other hand, when I agreed earlier, the sessions were repeatedly rescheduled without proper communication.
This kind of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior should not be tolerated. I hope Primpathway takes this matter seriously and improves their conduct.
