I ordered 5 pairs of cat nail clippers, they sent me different ones than the ones I ordered. When I called them they said they didn't carry the kind I wanted anymore so they sent these instead. Personally, i would have thought a phone call to ask me what I wanted to do would be better as now I have to return 5 pairs of nail clippers I can't use. The time and inconvenience could have been avoided with a simple phone call.
Update - my faith has been restored! I was contacted by Maggy who was extremely helpful, very nice and handled everything for me. At this point I would use this company again, but ask for Maggy personally!
