I would NOT recommend Prime Publisher Hub. Initially, they made lots of promises and were pleasant to work with but that quickly faded, as they did not keep their promises. When it came to getting my book on outlets (i.e., Amazon, Barnes & Noble, etc.), they only partially fulfilled their obligation. Also, I paid for 100 copies of my book to be delivered to my home, and three months later, they still have not arrived and they keep stalling. Prime Publisher Hub says they have been shipped twice, but there is no tracking information to support that. Now they refuse to take calls, and follow through!!

And guess what? They never followed up. No acknowledgment, no feedback, nothing.Mass Texts, No ProfessionalismThen, as if all that wasn’t bad enough, they had the nerve to send me mass text messages asking if I’d use their services again. Seriously? You ghost my project twice, ignore my communications, and then try to reel me back in with spam texts? To make matters worse, when I told them about my experience, their response was insulting. They actually said, “If you want us to write a book, we can start from square one.”Final Verdict: Stay Away!This company fails at their core services and is even worse at following up. Scam Scam Agreement for Book Promotion with this company.I paid for a six-month book promotion, backed by a guarantee of a 470% return on investment (ROI). What I actually experienced was a complete misrepresentation of services. Not a single contractual promise was fulfilled. Sales did not increase at all. To make matters worse, I was pressured into paying an additional $2,206 in hidden fees.Buyer avoid This Company.
I was struggling to get my book properly formatted for Amazon, but Prime Publisher Hub saved me so much time! Their design team did an outstanding job making my book look polished and professional. I’ll definitely use their services again for my next project.
