I see your articles on my free news feed, yet I'm expected to pay to read them? No thanks, I'll just look up the headlines online and find the same information for free. It's frustrating to be asked to pay for something that's available for free.

Delivery issues persist

Over the past year, I've had to renew my delivery multiple times, only to cancel due to consistent non-delivery. As a long-time subscriber, it's frustrating to call customer service each week without resolution. If delivery can't be guaranteed, they shouldn't charge customers.
