In general we were pleased with the cost of our ticket, but the process was ANYTHING BUT STRESS FREE.The ticket itinerary we originally bought "went away" and its replacement was less desirable. Though I asked to keep communication by email we were "panic" called at 9:30 pm and made mistakes due to not seeing options in writing.
