After an interview, a representative should quickly obtain the interview record and review it for any errors. Unfortunately, this was not handled properly in my situation. The interview transcript was provided to me two weeks later, coinciding with the day my refusal was issued, leaving no chance to rectify mistakes or respond adequately. Overall, the support was very poor and unprofessional. I would not recommend this firm to anyone facing a crucial immigration issue.
