Placed an order on 28 June 2025 and it still hasn’t been shipped.I’ve contacted customer service many times requesting support, but all I’ve received are generic, automated emails saying my order is being “sourced due to high demand.” I've asked several times for the order to be cancelled and for a refund, but no action has been taken.😢
