Placed an order on 16 June 2025 and it still hasn’t been shipped.I’ve contacted customer service multiple times requesting support, but all I’ve received are generic, automated emails saying my order is being “sourced due to high demand.” I've asked several times for the order to be cancelled and for a refund, but no action has been taken.This experience is incredibly disappointing—especially from a brand I’ve supported and loved over the years. Not fulfilling an order, ignoring cancellation requests, and refusing to refund goes against Australian consumer law. I won’t be purchasing from this brand again.
