Caution for Buyers! I made two orders, and both were delivered to the wrong address on the same day (evidence submitted to the service). I was told to wait five days before requesting a refund. On the sixth day, I received a refund for the less expensive order. Customer support informed me that their policy allows only one refund per customer and that I would need to file a claim with the delivery service. The delivery service was unreliable and does not respond to customer inquiries. I'm still fighting for my refund. I suggest steering clear of this company as they seem unconcerned about their customers.
