Ordered a dress on 27/11. Delivery said 3-6 business days which I was happy with. Only after checking out I got an email immediately saying there will be a further 1-3 business day delay on shipping alone. Estimated delivery date is now 15/12 on my tracker meaning it is actually 13 business days and well over 2 weeks until I will receive my item. It would have been nice to see the message before checking out rather than taking my money and leaving me without a dress for an upcoming event.Messaged customer services who sent me a huge template email offering me a discount code rather than actually answering my questions.Will not be buying anything from here again!
