Bought from here before, no issue. Second time buying from here and its a drag. Ordered almost a month ago with no progress except ‘label generated’. There really isnt any excuse for it not to have progressed seeing as I placed by order way before black friday. Emailed twice with no luck but an automated response. I want a proper update as to the reason my order has not moved an inch for a month now otherwise i would like a refund. REALLY disappointed, seeing as my first order went so smoothly. Order no. US12733722I can see the review apologising for the lost parcel but that not really an excuse given that i can see many recent reviews saying that their parcels have been ‘lost’. Please take time to sort this out as you are losing customers
