difficult to reach custumer service. i did order by mistake on their site, tried to reach them as soon as possible to cancel the order( email, texts and phone), was not able to…. when i saw the carrier compagny update, i even called them (carrier company) to let them know that the package was a mistake and asked them to not ship it, they were very nice but unfortunalty the package was shipped the day after. i again tried to contact princess polly multiples times, no answers by emails or by the phone. and for the texts, it can take up to 8-10h for them to answer. I ended up pay for everything with an express shipping of 29$ on this order … and i even pay an extra 25$ shipping to send them back the package. when you finally reach them, they are not listening to your problem (they answered by texts only), they said they will do no exceptions…. i find this situation very bad. I would like my money back for this really bad experience and very poor custumer service, i feel like my money was stolen. i ordered multiples clothes from them in the past, will not order there anymore.
