Typically I would have nothing but great things to say, however, my most recent order left me very disappointed. I placed an order on 9/18, which had a delivery date within the next 4 to 6 days. I received an email notification from FedEx stating the package would be delivered on 9/21. However, after reviewing the tracking information over the next 4 to 5 days there was no update. I reached out to both FedEx & Princess polly to find out when my package was going to be delivered which was on 9/25. Princess Polly said if my order wasn’t delivered on 9/26 to reach out, though after doing that, they said to reach out if my package wasn’t received by 10/2. I even offered to place the order again if I could receive free expedited shipping, as I need my order by my birthday next Wednesday. No additional options/solutions were provided. I would expect better customer service! I was a frequent shopper prior to this, not sure if I will continue to be moving forward.
