Attempted to cancel within two hours, but was refused, despite order status showing ‘received’, not packed or shipped. Very disappointed with inflexible service and lack of transparency; not recommended for time-sensitive purchases. Customer service was unhelpful; be aware of international shipping delays and strict cancellation policy. Avoid this retailer if prompt delivery is critical.
