On the sixth day, I received a refund for the cheaper order. Customer service informed me that their policy allows only one refund per customer, and I would need to file a claim with the delivery service. The delivery service was unreliable and lacks proper customer support. I'm still struggling to secure my refund. I recommend avoiding this company altogether as they seem indifferent to customer concerns.
