I've used Prink compatible cartridges on my Epson printer for some years but this time when changing cartridges I got the dreaded "cartridges cannot be recognised" alert and was not able to circumvent it. I contacted Prink for help and they immediately responded with very detailed instructions on how to proceed. Their instructions worked and I can't thank them enough for their excellent service.
