Awful experience with failed delivery (they use Evri and were fully transparent that they choose a budget delivery company intentionally), no apology offered, a promise to refund when the goods were returned to them then no further communication for a week. Despite the sellers reply no incorrect information was provided on our part, our communicative tone was in reply to the seller’s lack of effort to find a resolution, in fact being told to order them again!
