This has been a terrible experience.First, I ordered this for my daughter for Christmas well in advance and it arrived after ChristmasSecond, the fit and feel of the fabric is awful. It is not like a sweatshirt at allThird, despite the website stating returns are easy within 14 days, the company is making me jump through hoops for what should be an easy return - providing photos, sending measurements etc. My guess is that they are trying to push me out of the 14 day return window. Oh well, i will just go through my bank and make a claim.
