Nothing is a problem to them when you inevitably ask for help with the design set up. You're in total control with the design on your PC or phone. Any glitches, they'll fix and send you a proof to approve, as many times as it takes. Press the go button, pay the piper and next day delivery if you've ordered before 1pm is included. Quality of the card printing ( mine was for an order of service) is excellent.
